Duties and Responsibilities of a Dialysis Nurse

Dialysis nurse managers are RNs who work in dialysis centers and hospitals. They are responsible for all clinical aspects of a dialysis center's operation, including directing patient care and supervising clinical staff. They may monitor and implement nursing procedures and practices. It may be their responsibility to ensure that drugs and keys are properly secured and equipment is in good working order and stored safely. They maintain an inventory and order supplies.
